As Gonda said in An invincible Shadow, Gonda says that all of the birds were killed by Dark. And that she is the last one known to be alive.

Dragon is like a father to Gonda. Once the birds were killed by Dark, Gonda started to live with Dragon.

Since Golden is the first Bird Gonda has seen in 2 years, she has a bit of a crush on him, since he's the last hope to help her make them return.
Gonda feels safe to be around Ramon, even though he's the one who killed Earth 2400 years ago, he's the last hope to defeat Dark.
